AI Credits are the currency used for processing AI tasks on our platform. Each task, such as generating an image or processing a video, consumes a certain number of credits based on its complexity and resource requirements.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, the new lower price will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If you use all your AI Credits before the end of your billing cycle, you can purchase additional credits as needed. Your plan will automatically renew with a fresh allocation of credits at the start of each new billing cycle.

Unused AI Credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. We encourage you to use all your credits each month to get the most value from your plan.

No, there are no long-term commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time. For annual plans, you'll have access to the service for the remainder of the paid year.
